There are several benefits to practicing Pilates during pregnancy. It helps you develop the strength needed to support the extra weight of pregnancy and to carry your baby comfortably. Our classes focus on low-intensity training for your deep abdominal muscles, along with breathing techniques and exercises designed specifically for your growing belly. During labor, having strength is essential, but being able to relax is equally important. Prenatal Pilates helps you achieve both.
You can begin the course at any stage of your pregnancy, as the exercises are suitable for all three trimesters. No prior experience with Pilates is required.
