Drop-In Class: Barre- Winter 2025

Join us for a fun, dynamic, and challenging 55-minute Barre class full of energy and high tempo. Andrea will guide you through simple yet effective series at the barre (ballet bar) that will make your muscles burn. Based on Pilates techniques and inspired by dance and functional training, you'll tone, strengthen, and shape your entire body. Simply 55- minutes of Pilates power!
