Join us for a 55-minute class designed for those curious about the benefits of Pilates and interested in learning the fundamental techniques in a calm and methodical way.
We will cover Pilates techniques, warm-ups, as well as essential and intermediate exercises. The goal is to help you achieve a stronger, more flexible, and well-balanced body with improved body control, awareness, and posture. We will use your own body as a tool and challenge it with various Pilates props.
