Join us for our Pilates Weight Class, which blends core Pilates techniques with the use of 12kg, 8kg, and 4kg weights for a full-body workout.The class targets different muscle groups and is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available as needed. Build lean muscle, increase endurance, and achieve a stronger, more sculpted body with us.
