09-09.55 Soften your body and optimise flow with this gentle energy-boosting class that smoothly guides you through exercises on the mat and the reformer with a smooth transition. Emma will guide you through this flowing and restorative Pilates series focusing on flexion, rotations, articulations, and side bends. A 55-minute self-care session focused on mobility and optimized energy.
10.15 - 10.45 Lecture & Breakfast
Sofia Lerström leads the group towards optimized energy and teaches ways of gentle self-nourishment. As a certified Health Coach, Sofia guides both groups and individuals on their journey toward optimal health. This lecture will highlight the power of nervous system regulation and gut health, leaving you equipped with practical tools to enhance your well-being in 2025.
During the lecture, you will enjoy a simple breakfast featuring nourishing, healthy treats to rejuvenate both body and soul.
