In this course, you will practice Pilates on the amazing Reformer machine. The focus is on shaping and strengthening your body with fundamental Pilates exercises on the Reformer. The exercises can be performed sitting, lying down, or standing, and they can be varied endlessly.
The Reformer is a combination machine with moving parts that can simplify exercises when needed using spring resistance, but it can also challenge your overall strength with heavier loads. It provides optimal training for strength, stability, and mobility for both athletes and beginners.
