Rock the Reformer Winter Boost – Three days of effective and energizing training on the popular Reformer machine!
Join us for three days of fun, varied workouts on the Reformer! This course includes three playful full-body classes, each with a new twist, focusing on strength, balance, and flexibility. Let’s rock the Reformer! It’s the best winter workout on the Reformer machine.
Day 1: The Essentials
On this first day, you’ll get an active Reformer class with simple and effective exercises. You’ll work in all planes—lying down, seated, and standing—to improve stability and body alignment. Classic Pilates moves to strengthen you deeply!
Day 2: Jump Baby Jump
Get ready for speed and energy in this jumpboard class, focusing on heart-pumping jumps and plyometric moves. Cardio and core training come together, combining with BOSU exercises for an added balance challenge that’s playful and tough. Prepare for a high-intensity, fun, and sweaty session!
Day 3: Playful Props
The final day offers a playful Reformer class where we’ll add small props like the fitness circle and wobblies to the exercises, focusing on strength and flexibility. The class wraps up with gentle stretching and relaxation to leave you refreshed and focused.
