Aerial Conditioning Circuit
This fun and dynamic class is designed to help you build strength, endurance, and flexibility in a unique way—through a combination of aerial arts and floor work.
The session is structured as a circuit with three stations:
Leg & Lower Body Conditioning – Strengthen and tone your legs with targeted exercises that combine dynamic movements and static holds.
Upper Body & Core Conditioning – Focus on exercises that challenge your arms, shoulders, and core, using aerial equipment to build strength.
Flexibility – Engage in floor-based exercises and stretches that improve both active flexibility and overall body strength.
While we cover aerial basics like climbing and foot locks, the primary focus is on conditioning—helping you develop a strong foundation so you feel powerful. This isn’t aerial yoga—it’s a full-body strength and conditioning workout combining aerial arts and floor work to build strength and confidence.
