This Pilates course is designed for new mothers who want to start exercising. The focus is on rehabilitation, body awareness, and stability training to help you gradually rebuild your body after pregnancy and childbirth. The exercises are tailored to strengthen your pelvic floor, deep abdominal and back muscles step by step, as well as improve your posture and regain control.
The course is structured so that your baby can join you, allowing for a shared and active experience. You can participate once your midwife or doctor has given their approval, typically between 8 to 12 weeks after childbirth.
