2025 COURSE: Prenatal Pilates on the Reformer v.3

There are several benefits to practicing Prenatal Pilates on the Reformer during pregnancy.

Using the Reformer allows you to train your body safely while strengthening your muscles and improving flexibility. It helps you build the strength needed to support the extra weight of pregnancy and to carry your baby. We focus on low-intensity training for your deep abdominal muscles, as well as breathing techniques and exercises that are well-suited for your growing belly. During labor, you need strength, but being able to relax properly is equally important. Prenatal Pilates provides you with both.

You can start the course at any point during your pregnancy, as the exercises are designed for all three trimesters. No previous experience with Pilates is necessary.
