A perfect course for those curious about what Pilates can offer and who want to learn the fundamental techniques in a calm and methodical way.
We will cover Pilates techniques, warm-ups, as well as essential and intermediate exercises. The goal is for you to develop a stronger, more flexible, and better-balanced body with improved body control, awareness, and posture. We will use our own bodies as tools and explore challenges with various Pilates props.
